What if my checked baggage is damaged during the flight?
We encourage you to review Scoot's Conditions of Carriage for general exclusions on baggage claims before your submission.If you have done so and would like to submit a claim, then your claim must be done in writing within the stipulated time upon your completion of journey with Scoot:

Are special assistance services free of charge?
Special assistance services are often provided by third party service partners and are chargeable. These service fees will often be payable by you at the airport directly to the third party. The service may not be available on all routes due to such factors as local airport limitations.

What do I have to do if I need special assistance?
You will have to notify Scoot at least 3 days in advance by calling our call centre. Generally, we recommend that you make your booking via the call centre or call us to notify us of your special needs immediately upon receiving your travel itinerary.The acceptance for carriage of persons requiring special assistance is subject to prior arrangement with us as, depending on the type of assistance needed, we may have to make arrangements internally and with various service partners. If you don’t give us sufficient advance notice there may not be enough time to make arrangement and you may not be able to travel.
